 You are the important link and you take this task very seriously. 

Purchasing agents represent the interests of the buyer and generally perform the following tasks:

Mapping the housing needs of the buyer/seller Search, select and recommend suitable homes 

Arranging viewings of potential homes Conducting negotiations with the selling and purchasing parties 

Provide guidance with notarial matters and any legal matters Providing 'after sales service' (support after delivery)

Sales agents are responsible for, among other things: Provide advice on the correct sales price (based on appraisal) Determining the sales strategy Actively search for potential buyers Receiving and showing around interested buyers Conducting negotiations with the purchasing party Drawing up a sales contract Provide guidance with notarial matters and any legal matters
